I feel very strongly that subcoscious beliefs need to be correctly influenced to achieve your goals. I've shared the background of subconscious belief changing, and I went through changing my subconscious beliefs on becoming a best-selling author. I really enjoyed the process so I am going to apply the same logical belief changing template to another belief.
The belief I’ve chosen to reprogram is that I am a leader of sold-out meditation workshops worldwide. As in last post, I know that something is blocking me from consciously creating this. I know this because I am not leading meditation workshops. I've led meditations, studied meditation in multiple countries, and been an almost daily practictioner for close to a decade. Furthermore, I am launching a new site www.TheMeditationMind.com where I wrote over 40 pages of original medita tion content. Regardless, my goal of leading workshops has not been achieved. So it' stime to re-program my subconscious to help me out.
Gregg Braden’s Personal Logic Re-Programming Process Template:
Key 1: State how you feel regarding your desired outcome as if it has already happened. For your own clarity, it’s important to do this in one concise, brief sentence.
Scott: I feel excited, thrilled, grateful, on purpose, and limitless by leading sold-out meditation and spirituality workshops worldwide.
Key 2: State which passion you are choosing to express.
Scott: I have a passion for meditation and teaching others the power and benefits of a regular meditation practice.

Scott: My limiting belief is I will hold a workshop and it won't deliver enough value.

Scott: My limiting belief is I will waste my time setting up a workshop when I should be doing something else.
Key 4: State the opposite of your limiting belief(s).
Scott: I will sell-out my workshop.
Scott: My meditation knowledge will provide high value.
Scott: I am a good public speaker.
Scott: Setting up a meditation workshop is a great use of my time.
Key 5: State when you feel most fulfilled in life. This will become your goal.
Scott: I feel most fulfilled in life when I am teaching and inspiring someone about freedom and the removal of limits.
Key 6: State the inarguable fact(s) that support your goal.
Scott: It is a fact that interest in meditation has greatly increased recently.
Scott: It is a fact that my meditation explanations involve more practical explanations than the average meditation teacher.
Scott: It is a fact that people turned off by new-age meditation approaches will be interested in my methods.
Scott: It is a fact that the meditation technologies I wish to present in my workshops provide proven meditation experiences to the participant.
Now, using the answers to the 6 keys above, you re-arrange them into a template for re-programming your subconscious.
